Small Business of the Year (up to 200 employees)

This award honours outstanding small businesses with up to 200 employees that deliver strong results, innovation and meaningful contribution to their sector or community. It is the counterpart to the Overall Business of the Year category, recognising excellence relative to organisational size and resources.

Entry criteria:

• Demonstrate strong performance and growth relative to business size.
• Show clear strategic direction and effective, hands-on leadership.
• Provide evidence of innovation, creativity or resourceful problem-solving.
• Highlight high standards of customer service and a positive internal culture.
• Demonstrate community or environmental contribution, with plans for future development.
